How we think — useful first, chosen second

We have one job: to be useful to our customers. When someone on site is stuck, or a job is one nobody wants — portable toilet rental, for instance — we take it on, do it properly, and at a price people can afford. That is what “useful” means to us.

Good service alone does not get you chosen. However good it is, if it is expensive, customers decide it is not useful. So for 25 years we have never stopped delivering good units at low prices: sharpening our skills, building our team, and cutting costs where the customer never sees them. Not blind discounting — we pass on what we save.

“How can you do it at that price? Are you mad?” — competitors ask us that often. Yes, we are. But it is the kind of mad that runs the business properly and returns the profit to the customer.

Cheap, but never blindly cheap. Chase low prices alone and a company does not survive — and a company that does not survive is no use to anyone. Profit is not for hoarding. It keeps the company going, builds the next product, and gets reinvested. As long as we are here, we can keep being useful to you in 10 and 20 years’ time. A guarantee only means something while the company exists.

There are limits. But pushing against those limits is what being useful means — because that is what our customers want.

We build what we rent

ECOS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. operates its own manufacturing facility. That is the difference that matters most to a client: we are not re-renting somebody else's stock, so we know the age and history of every unit, we can hold a consistent specification across a large order, and we can modify a unit when a project needs something the standard range does not cover.

Over 25 years

We have been supplying prefabricated units to Thai construction sites, factories and industrial estates for more than 25 years. In that time the requirements have changed — insulation standards, worker welfare expectations, and how quickly a site expects to be operational — and the product has changed with them.

How we work

Every enquiry gets a written quotation. Delivery and installation are planned as part of the job rather than left to the client to arrange. Units arrive insulated, wired and fitted out, so the handover is the point at which the unit becomes usable — not the point at which work on it begins.
