Specifications
A twin toilet unit divided into two usable cubicles, supplied with electrical wiring and sanitary ware. Available in versions with and without a waste holding tank. It is designed for a wide range of outdoor use, particularly construction sites and dusty environments, and stands up to sun and rain over long service periods. A 2,300-litre waste holding tank can be added. Twenty-five years of renting these units out ourselves has taught us where each type fails first. For a toilet it is the tank. Sewage corrodes metal, and a rental unit goes back out to site for years. So the waste tank is coated with a marine paint system — the kind made for hulls that sit in seawater. The same system goes on the parts of the body that corrode first, the base among them.

- The whole unit lifts and moves without dismantling — suited to leased land and projects with an end date.
- We buy back units bought from us, according to condition.
- It never ends up as scrap — move it, resell it or sell it back, unlike a building fixed to the land that has to be demolished.
- Whether a building permit is needed depends on local regulations — check with the municipality first.
