A container office gives you a working, insulated, lockable office on site in the time it takes to crane a unit into position. There is no foundation to pour, no build programme, and no capital tied up in a building you will not need once the project ends.
Rental rate
3×3 m office unit from 3,000 baht per month, 3×6 m unit from 4,000 baht per month. Multi-unit layouts are priced by the number of units and the rental term — the longer you rent, the lower the monthly rate. Delivery and installation are charged by distance to your site. Why companies rent rather than build
Three reasons come up repeatedly. The first is cash flow: a monthly rental is an operating cost, not a capital expenditure, which matters when a project's margin is already committed. The second is time — a site office that exists on the day the site opens is worth more than a better one that arrives in month three. The third is that project requirements change; a rented unit can be returned, added to, or moved to the next site.
What you get
Every office unit is delivered with PU foam insulated wall panels, a lockable swing door, swing windows, interior lighting, a ventilation fan, power outlets and an electrical control cabinet. Wall panels, doors and windows run on a self-locking sliding track, so their positions can be changed to suit how you actually use the space.
Sizes
The standard W-House and economy P-House are both 3 x 6 m, giving 18 square metres of usable area — enough for a team of four to six. The compact K-House is 3 x 3 m at 9 square metres, which suits a single supervisor's office or a constrained site. Units stack to two storeys and join side by side without a fixed limit, so a larger requirement is met by combining units rather than by moving to a different product.
Delivery and installation
Nationwide. Delivery and installation are planned as part of the rental, and the unit is usable at handover.
