ECOS (THAILAND) CO., LTD. rents prefabricated office units for site offices: a 3×3 m unit from 3,000 baht per month (W-House 3x3, 9 sqm, for 1–2 people) and a 3×6 m unit from 4,500 baht per month (W-House, 18 sqm, for 4–6 people), plus guard houses from 2,500 baht per month, worker accommodation, portable toilets and storage containers.
All prices exclude 7% VAT and exclude delivery and installation, which are charged by distance to the site; rent is charged monthly, we quote a rate for the term you need, and the longer the term, the lower the monthly rate.
A deposit applies only to first-time customers.
We deliver, install and collect the unit at the end of the contract anywhere in Thailand, and run everything from a single base in Bang Na, Bangkok.

P-House: Sale only — not available for rent. Rental work calls for joined rows and for two-storey builds, so the rental fleet is standardised on the W-House, which covers all three: single, joined and two-storey. The P-House itself can be joined in a row.

Wall panels, windows and doors slot in between the columns, so we adapt the layout to each customer’s site before delivery.
Rental units that move often need a welded structure
A rental unit moves site two or three times a year or more, dozens of times over ten years. So we weld the roof and floor bases; the unit keeps its shape after dozens of lifts.
This is not a desk calculation. We assembled units two storeys high, loaded sandbags two and three tonnes at a time and measured the deflection, testing imported houses and the Work House the same way. The result: an imported house is a good house if it stays in one place, but for rental units that move dozens of times the Work House is the better fit. That is why ECOS uses the Work House for rental.

A container office gives you a working, insulated, lockable office on site in the time it takes to crane a unit into position. There is no foundation to pour, no build programme, and no capital tied up in a building you will not need once the project ends.
Rental rate
3×3 m office unit from 3,000 baht per month, 3×6 m unit from 4,500 baht per month. Multi-unit layouts are priced by the number of units and the rental term — the longer you rent, the lower the monthly rate. Delivery and installation are charged by distance to your site. Tell us the size, number of units, location and period, and we will send a written quotation the same day.
Lead time (rental): About 2–3 days for one unit and about 1–2 weeks for 10–20 units, depending on the season, the number of units and their size. Tell us when you need them and we will confirm the delivery date in the quotation.
Why companies rent rather than build
Three reasons come up repeatedly. The first is cash flow: a monthly rental is an operating cost, not a capital expenditure, which matters when a project's margin is already committed. The second is time — a site office that exists on the day the site opens is worth more than a better one that arrives in month three. The third is that project requirements change; a rented unit can be returned, added to, or moved to the next site.
What you get
Every office unit is delivered with PU foam insulated wall panels, a lockable swing door, swing windows, interior lighting, a ventilation fan, power outlets and an electrical control cabinet. Wall panels, doors and windows run on a self-locking sliding track, so their positions can be changed to suit how you actually use the space.
Sizes
The standard W-House and economy P-House are both 3 x 6 m, giving 18 square metres of usable area — enough for a team of four to six. The compact W-House 3x3 is 3 x 3 m at 9 square metres, built to the same specification as the 3 x 6, which suits a single supervisor's office or a constrained site. Units stack to two storeys and join side by side without a fixed limit, so a larger requirement is met by combining units rather than by moving to a different product.
