  • All prices exclude 7% VAT.
  • The longer the term, the lower the monthly rate.

Prefab office unit 3×3 m / 3×6 m, joinable from 3,000 / 4,500 THB/month All prices exclude 7% VAT. The longer the term, the lower the monthly rate.
Is renting an office container monthly better value than buying?
If the project has an end date, renting is usually better value: it is an operating cost rather than capital expenditure, maintenance and resale are not your problem, and the unit goes back when the job finishes. For permanent use in one place over several years, buying wins in the long run.
What is the minimum rental period?
Rent is charged monthly. Tell us how long you need the unit and we will quote a rate for that term. All worker accommodation models have a 3-month minimum contract, and the contract cannot be cancelled early.
Do you deliver containers to other provinces?
The monthly rate does not. Delivery and installation are charged by distance to your site and itemised in the quotation. We deliver, install and collect the unit at the end of the contract, nationwide.
Do the rental prices include 7% VAT and delivery?
All prices exclude 7% VAT. Rates exclude delivery and installation, charged by distance to your site — the quotation itemises everything.
Do you rent 40 ft containers?
No. We rent 20 ft storage containers and insulated prefab units from 3×3 to 3×6 m that can be joined together. For the floor area of a 40 ft container, join two or more 3×6 m office units.
How soon can a rented unit be delivered?
About 2–3 days for one unit and about 1–2 weeks for 10–20 units, depending on the season, the number of units and their size. Tell us when you need them and we will confirm the delivery date in the quotation.
Can windows, doors and panels be changed after installation?
Yes. The frame is assembled first. Then the wall panels, windows and doors slot in between the columns, so after assembly they can be swapped and rearranged freely, and a worn panel can be replaced on its own. This is useful for both purchase and rental. Low-cost imported houses (mainly Chinese-made) cannot do this.
What happens when a panel wears out?
The worn panel can be replaced on its own as maintenance. The rest of the unit stays, so the house keeps a long service life in rental use.
Can units be connected to make a larger space?
Yes. Work House models WH and WL can be connected on both the short end and the long side, and can be built as two storeys. P-House connects on the long side only, the 6 m side, and can also be built as two storeys.
Can it be two storeys?
Yes. Work House models WH and WL, and P-House, can be built as two storeys. Work House connects on both the short end and the long side. P-House connects on the long side (6 m) only.
Why are the structural parts welded?
The knock-down frame has three parts: the roof base, the columns and the floor base. These three are joined with bolts and nuts, so the frame can be knocked down. Low-cost imported houses (mainly Chinese-made) have to be fully knocked down with bolts to keep cost and shipping down. Their parts are mass-produced in separate factories. They are shipped loose, packed tightly into containers with no wasted space. That cuts freight cost. That is what they focus on. That brings their limits. The bolts loosen, and the houses twist and are weak to vibration. To work as a relocatable house, though, welding is essential. For the structure it is the most effective method. Our roof and floor bases are welded into one piece. Welding costs more, but we weld on purpose for strength and so the units can be relocated again and again. We run a rental business, so the structure is everything. For long-term use of 10 years or more, welding is essential.
