A gate needs to be controlled from the first day a site is active, which is usually well before there is anything permanent to control it from. A prefabricated guard house solves that: it arrives complete and works from the moment it is set down.
Rental rate
From 3,500 baht per month. The rate depends on the rental term — the longer you rent, the lower the monthly rate. Delivery and installation are charged by distance. The unit sits on any level surface with no foundation. Tell us the location and period and we will send a written quotation the same day.
No foundation, no build time
The G-Box is 2.3 x 2.3 m, comprising a roof, a floor and four bolted corner columns. It requires no foundation pour. It can be lifted and moved when the site layout changes, which it will — the gate that makes sense during earthworks is rarely the gate that makes sense during fit-out.
Built to be occupied all day
Insulated wall panels, lighting, a ventilation fan and power outlets. A guard house that is too hot to sit in gets abandoned, and an abandoned guard house controls nothing.

Construction site entrances, factory and warehouse gates, and screening points at office buildings and residential estates.
