Worker accommodation container rental
·

Accommodation is one of the constraints that decides whether a project can staff up on schedule. Prefabricated units let you add capacity in the time it takes to deliver and set them down, and remove it again when the crew size drops.
Rental rate
From 3,000 baht per unit per month (model PH-01, 3×6 m, 2 rooms). Multi-room and two-storey models are priced by the number of rooms — every model is listed on the worker accommodation page. Longer terms bring the monthly rate down. Delivery and installation are charged by distance to your site.
Why this has become standard practice
Industrial estates and factory projects in Thailand have moved toward prefabricated worker accommodation for a practical reason: the alternative is either building temporary structures on site, which consumes programme time and site area, or housing workers off site, which creates a daily transport problem. A delivered unit avoids both.
Welfare and safety
Insulated wall panels make a real difference to whether a unit is habitable through a Thai hot season, and that in turn affects whether crews stay. Units are supplied wired and lockable. If your project is subject to a client or main contractor safety audit, ask us for the specification in writing before you commit — it is easier to satisfy an auditor with documentation than with a site visit.
Scaling up and down
Units stack to two storeys and join side by side, so accommodation capacity can follow the manpower curve rather than being fixed at the peak from day one.
Sanitation
Accommodation blocks are usually paired with portable toilet units. We can quote both together so that the sanitation capacity matches the number of people actually housed.
