Sale only — not available for rent. Rental work calls for joined rows and for two-storey builds, so the rental fleet is standardised on the W-House, which covers all three: single, joined and two-storey. The P-House itself can be joined in a row.
Lead time (purchase): When in stock: about 2–3 days for one unit and about 1–2 weeks for 10–20 units, depending on the season, quantity and size. If the unit is not in stock, we will give a firm delivery date in the quotation.

Specifications
The P-House is meant to be an economy unit in the true sense of the word: what is not needed is taken out, and what is actually used is kept good. It is not a matter of leaving things out to make the price look low. Which parts can be taken out and which must not — we know that from 25 years of putting these units out on rent ourselves, taking them back, and repairing them. A prefabricated office unit that can be lifted, relocated and joined to adjacent units. It comprises a roof, a floor and four corner columns bolted between floor and roof, so the unit can be disassembled and rebuilt. Wall panels, doors and windows run on a self-locking sliding track and can be repositioned as required. The envelope is watertight and insulated against heat and noise. What sets the P-House apart is the steel. The base, the floor and the roof are all galvanised sheet, finished with a polyethylene-based coating. A typical low-cost unit is built from plain black steel, given a coat of rust primer and then painted over; once that paint is scratched or flakes, rust starts there. The P-House is not built that way. The zinc is in the steel from the outset — it is not something brushed on afterwards. Being an economy model and using steel of this grade are therefore not in conflict. We take cost out where you cannot see it, not out of the material. None of that is added to the price. These are the same units we put out on rent ourselves, so material that lasts lowers our own cost as well. What is good for the customer and what pays for us point in the same direction.

What to know before you rent or buy
We put this on every page because it affects your decision.
- Sale price excludes delivery and crane unloading.
- The floor is built in — it sits on level ground with no concrete slab. Most site-built prefab needs a slab first, charged separately.
- Not a permanent masonry building. With normal care it lasts 20–30 years (Thailand's 2026 appraisal table gives knock-down houses 20 years, masonry houses 50).
- The whole unit lifts and moves without dismantling — suited to leased land and projects with an end date.
- We buy back units bought from us, according to condition.
- It never ends up as scrap — move it, resell it or sell it back, unlike a building fixed to the land that has to be demolished.
- Whether a building permit is needed depends on local regulations — check with the municipality first.
