How we think
Useful first. Chosen second.
We have one job: to be useful to our customers. When someone on site is stuck, or a job is one nobody wants — portable toilet rental, for instance — we take it on, do it properly, and at a price people can afford. That is what “useful” means to us.
Good service alone does not get you chosen. However good it is, if it is expensive, customers decide it is not useful. So for 25 years we have kept delivering good units at low prices: sharpening our skills, building our team, and cutting costs where the customer never sees them — then passing on what we save. Cheap, but never blindly cheap: a company that cannot survive is no use to anyone.

- Rates exclude delivery and installation, charged by distance to your site — the quotation itemises everything.
- We do not rent 40 ft containers. For more floor space, join two or more 3×6 m office units.
Rental rate questions
- How much does it cost to rent a container per month?
- A single-cubicle toilet unit from 1,200 baht per month, a 3×3 m office unit from 3,000 baht and a 3×6 m unit from 4,000 baht, a guard house from 3,500 baht, worker accommodation from 3,000 baht per unit, and a 20 ft storage container 3,500–4,000 baht. The actual rate depends on the model and the rental term — longer contracts get a lower monthly rate.
- Do you rent 40 ft containers?
- No. We rent 20 ft storage containers and insulated prefab units from 3×3 to 3×6 m that can be joined together. For the floor area of a 40 ft container, join two or more 3×6 m office units.
- What is the minimum rental period?
- Rent is charged monthly. Tell us how long you need the unit and we will quote a rate for that term. Some models carry a 12–24 month minimum, stated on the product page.
- Does the rate include delivery and installation?
- The monthly rate does not. Delivery and installation are charged by distance to your site and itemised in the quotation. We deliver, install and collect the unit at the end of the contract, nationwide.
- What do I need to prepare on site?
- Level ground firm enough to carry the unit — no foundation needed — access for a truck and crane, and a power connection point. See the site-preparation page for details.

What we rent
Our range covers the four things a working site actually needs: somewhere to work, somewhere for the crew to sleep, somewhere to control access, and sanitation. Every unit is insulated, wired, and ready to use the moment it is craned into position — there is no foundation to pour and no build programme to wait for.
Who we work with
Main contractors, factories and industrial estate operators, event organisers, and international companies setting up temporary operations in Thailand. We deliver and install nationwide, and we quote in writing before anything moves.
How renting works
Tell us what you need and where the site is. We come back with a written quotation covering the units, the delivery and the rental period. Once the agreement is signed we schedule delivery and installation, and hand the units over ready for use.
